Our Erasmus+ story

From sending learners across Europe to welcoming Europe in Spain.

AIDEJOVEN has coordinated vocational mobility since 2015. Incoming is the natural next step: the experience gained preparing, sending and supporting learners now helps European education centres build dependable programmes in Spain.

From the beginning, our consortium has connected professional learning and employability with autonomy, language development, intercultural understanding, tolerance and inclusion—paying particular attention to learners with fewer opportunities.

20 learners from 3 education centres prepared for the first mobility to Vasto, Italy.

We do not simply look for an available placement. We analyse each student's profile so that the planned tasks match their training, competences and learning objectives.

Hosting and support

Choose only the services you need.

Services are modular: you may select placement management alone or add the support that makes the stay work on the ground.

Welcome & orientation

Arrival session with practical information about the city, basic rules, transport, safety and support contacts.

Accommodation

Search and coordination of options according to availability, dates, group composition and preferences.

Arrival / departure transfer

Coordination of pick-ups from the airport, station or other arrival point through a local provider.

Guidance on the most suitable option according to the accommodation and placement location.

Insurance is the responsibility of the sending organisation. Participants must arrive with the insurance required for the mobility, arranged in their country of origin.

Two Job Shadowing groups from Italy

During June 2024, two groups of professionals from Fondazione Padre Alberto Mileno in Vasto, Italy, took part in two tailored Job Shadowing programmes in Madrid coordinated by AIDEJOVEN.

Across the two programmes, participants visited VET, healthcare and social-care organisations, observed professional practices, exchanged experiences with Spanish professionals and took part in a complementary cultural programme.
