Privacy Policy

Information on how we process the personal data you provide through this website.

Last updated · September 2026

1. Data controller

Controller: AIDEJOVEN – Alianza Internacional para el Desarrollo de los Jóvenes (Erasmus+ Incoming is a service line of AIDEJOVEN).
CIF: G86334034 · Registro Nacional de Asociaciones no. 598488.
Address: C/ Jaime I El Conquistador, 55 · 28982 Parla (Madrid).
Contact: info@aidejoven.org · +34 911 641 676.

2. Processing carried out through this website

This website currently involves two processing activities, both initiated by the data subject:

  • Enquiries and contact: responding to questions, requests for information or requests for a proposal.
  • Catalogue and proposal requests: providing the services catalogue and preparing a mobility proposal for your organisation.

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects on data subjects.

3. Data we process

Identification and contact data (contact person's name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number), organisation data (name, country, destination, mobility type, number of participants, preferred dates) and the content of your message.

Please do not include special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership, etc.) or confidential third-party information in the forms.

4. Legal bases

  • Enquiries and contact: the controller's legitimate interest in responding to the communications addressed to it (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Proposal or catalogue requests: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller, where relevant (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

This website does not currently offer newsletter subscriptions or commercial communications. If that purpose is added in the future, it will be collected through a separate, voluntary checkbox that is not ticked by default, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Retention periods

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the relationship arising from it. If no service is formalised, the data is kept for a maximum of one year from the last contact and is then deleted.

If a contractual relationship is formalised, the retention periods laid down in the applicable commercial, tax and administrative rules apply. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is blocked and kept only at the disposal of the competent authorities for the legally required periods.

6. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we use technology providers who may access the data as processors, under a processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR: in particular web hosting, email and internal management providers. The forms on this website are stored in our database hosted by our cloud platform provider.

We may also disclose data to public authorities, courts and tribunals, or to certifying and funding bodies, where there is a legal obligation or where it is necessary to carry out the contracted service.

If any provider involves international data transfers, these will be made on the basis of an adequacy decision or the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, as well as object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@aidejoven.org or to the address indicated in section 1, identifying yourself appropriately and stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that your request has not been dealt with properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of the processing in order to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and we review their effectiveness periodically.

9. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Details are available in the Cookie Policy.

10. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated if the processing activities, the providers or the applicable legislation change. The version in force will always be published on this page.
